The company operates across India through its franchise. The company provides work worth INR 15 thousand to 25 lakhs per customer. The functioning is divided into three parts
Company works with the customer on a credit ratio of 50-50% following the process :
» The customer will pay 10% of the total budget amount at the time of contract and the company will then provide 20% of the work-related construction material to the customer.
» After that, based on providing 10% payment by the customer and 20% of the work/work material provided by the company to the customer, the customer will complete payment of 50% of the total amount and the company will complete 100% of the work.
» After completion of the work, the customer will pay the remaining 50% of the amount on the easy prefixed instalments.
Company will provide employment opportunities to local people associated with construction at their place.
Company through an alliance will examine the purity and robustness of production of the raw material at their manufacturing units and use that material in the project, which can help achieve business across the country.
